MAC (Multi-Partnership Accounting and Contracting) performs the accounting and reporting functions for 10 local partnerships, serving 13 counties.  MAC staff ensure the accuracy of inputting and processing accounting data submitted by the partnership members of the MAC site.  With guidance and participation from the affiliate partnership, effective policies and procedures ensure proper accounting, reporting, and internal controls at the MAC Site to provide quality-efficient services.  Accounting services include input of accounts payable invoices, cash receipts, journal entries, and budgets.  The MAC site staff prepares accounts payable checks, bank reconciliations, IRS 1099 and 990 forms, account reconciliations, and assist with the preparation of financial statements and audit packages.  The MAC staff also provides technical and financial assistance and on-site monitoring as needed.
